Patent and Trademark Attorney (Los Angeles)
JMBM’s Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for an attorney with experience in patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and related transactional matters, some litigation experience and a growing book of business. A technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and be a member of the California Bar. Trust & Estates Associate (Los Angeles)
The Los Angeles office of JMBM seeks an exceptional Trusts & Estates associate with 3-7 years of experience to join our Taxation, Trusts & Estates department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trust administration and providing sophisticated estate planning solutions for high net worth individuals and families. Significant experience in drafting estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts is required. Knowledge of tax issues relating to the entertainment industry and intangibles is desired. The highest quality of work and client service is expected.
