ADA Litigation Associate (San Francisco)

JMBM's San Francisco office seeks an outstanding associate, with 3-4 years of experience in ADA compliance and litigation. Experience advising clients in identifying architectural accessibility barriers and recommending steps to comply with the ADA and California Building Code is required. In addition, experience assisting clients with Internet-related compliance, including retail websites and online reservation systems is necessary. The ideal candidate will also have significant experience litigating in Federal court, including case management and trial experience. A strong academic record and admission to the State Bar of California are required. Department of Justice experience is helpful. This position provides the opportunity to join one of the most dynamic ADA defense practices in the country. Patent and Trademark Attorney (Los Angeles)

JMBM’s Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for an attorney with experience in patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and related transactional matters, some litigation experience and a growing book of business. A technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and be a member of the California Bar. Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Los Angeles)

JMBM is seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal in its Los Angeles office. A strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment is required. The Trust and Estates Paralegal is responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of estate planning and trust administration. Real Estate/Transactional Legal Assistant (Los Angeles)

The Century City office of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (“JMBM”), a pre-eminent California law firm, seeks a full-time legal assistant with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the real estate/transactional department of a law firm. Additionally, experience drafting real estate/transactional documents, extraordinary attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and keen proofreading ability is desired. Organizational skills, professionalism and multi-tasking ability are a must.  A successful candidate must be proficient in MS Office and skilled at document editing, document comparison and document management programs.
