Labor and Employment Associate (Los Angeles)
The Los Angeles office of JMBM seeks an associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join the firm's Labor and Employment department. In addition to a strong employment litigation background, experience in providing employment law advice and client counseling is required. Traditional labor law experience (NLRB, PERB, grievances/arbitrations and support for collective bargaining) is desired. Candidates must be admitted to the State Bar of California. Patent and Trademark Attorney (Los Angeles)
JMBM’s Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for an attorney with experience in patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and related transactional matters, some litigation experience and a growing book of business. A technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and be a member of the California Bar.
