Director of Recruiting and Professional Development (Los Angeles)
The Director of Recruiting and Professional Development is charged with implementing and executing the Firm's attorney recruiting strategies and programs. This includes working with the Lateral Hiring Committee and the partner in charge of lateral hiring for the effective and efficient delivery and coordination of all aspects of lateral partner, associate, and summer associate hiring and integration functions. The role requires superior knowledge of the principles and practices of recruiting and the legal search process, a positive and collaborative personality, and a strong dedication to and sense of responsibility for the Firm's hiring needs. This role presents a rewarding and unique opportunity to bring a fresh outlook to the existing recruiting program. The Firm's collaborative and supportive environment encourages progress and innovation to meet the Firm's challenges in a legal industry that is constantly changing. Client Relations Manager (Los Angeles)
JMBM is seeking a Client Relations Manager to serve as a strategic partner, supporting the Firm's Partners by enhancing existing client relationships and ensuring Partners have the tools necessary to provide their clients with the highest level of service. Engaging with Partners throughout the Firm, the Client Relations Manager will harness the unique ambitions of each practice group and translate that into actionable solutions for the success of the Firm. As part of the Marketing department, the Client Relations Manager will work closely with the Marketing team on projects that are both challenging and engaging, contributing to the Firm's culture of excellence that enables everyone at JMBM to do their best work. Help Desk Analyst (Orange County)
The Help Desk Analyst will have the appropriate technical expertise to work with all levels of the organization's personnel to install, maintain, and repair, and/or upgrade IT hardware or software. In addition, for end-users requesting technical service and support this person will work towards maximizing productivity by providing exceptional user support across the LAN and WAN environments. The Help Desk Analyst will perform the duties of the position according to the organization's policies and procedures while maintaining the strictest confidentiality of our customer's data at all times.
