Marketing Assistant (Los Angeles)
JMBM is seeking a high-energy Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant is primarily responsible for the daily maintenance and integrity of our client relationship database, participates in the production of the Firm’s marketing communications, and provides assistance for all the Firm's marketing programs.

JMBM's Marketing team is highly productive and enthusiastically supports the marketing and business development activities of the firm's lawyers. The successful candidate will be a team player who can work collaboratively to develop and implement marketing projects that speak to the firm’s clients and target markets.

Litigation Legal Assistant – Floater (Los Angeles)
JMBM is seeking a highly qualified Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years' civil litigation experience for the Los Angeles office. Legal Assistants play an integral role in the Firm's endeavor to provide a level of service to its clients that is second to none. This Legal Assistant serves predominantly as a resource in the Litigation department floating between various desks as needed. Additionally, various departments outside of Litigation may also require support. Engaging with other staff and attorneys throughout the Firm will prove both challenging and rewarding, and the opportunity to work with others who share the same passion for excellence will enable Legal Assistants to do their best work. Director of Information Technology
JMBM is seeking a Director of Information Technology to serve as a strategic partner, supporting the Firm's leadership team and providing direction and insight into the Firm's technology operations. They are responsible for the overall performance of the Firm's engineering and help desk teams. He/she will provide technology leadership; direct, plan, organize and supervise the activities of the IT Department; ensure the effective and secure operation of technology systems and services; and manage the IT budget and resources and vendor relationships. They will lead a team that emphasizes a culture of excellence that enables everyone at JMBM to do their best work. The Director of Technology must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the Firm and must be able to develop productive relationships with attorneys and staff. Candidates must have the experience and knowledge to engender confidence and respect from the partners and executives. Candidates must be collaborative by nature and have experience working in a collaborative environment. He/she must also be an effective leader and mentor to all staff in the IT area.
