Help Desk Manager (Los Angeles)
The Help Desk Manager is charged with leading the team responsible for end user support and training at the Firm. This includes support of all end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, applications, and related technologies that are needed for employees to perform their duties. The Help Desk Manager will work in tandem with the Engineering Manager to implement new technologies, policies, and best practices to support the growing technology needs of the Firm.
A successful Help Desk Manager must demonstrate a blend of technical skills, positive personality, customer service, leadership, dedication, and responsibility for the daily operations of the Firm. The Help Desk Manager must understand the use of technology in the practice of law.
The Help Desk Manager must perform the duties of the position according to the Firm's policies and procedures and maintain the confidentiality of client and Firm matters at all times.
Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Los Angeles)
JMBM's Los Angeles office seeks a full-time paralegal with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a tax or trust and estates department of a law firm. In addition to strong experience drafting trust and estate documents, knowledge of post death trust administration and experience preparing statutory notices, county assessor notices, allocation of assets to sub trusts and implementation of allocation is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail also required. Candidate must have a four-year college degree or equivalent and ABA approved paralegal certificate.
