Help Desk Analyst (San Francisco)

The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for responding to requests for technical support via phone, email, in-person or via ticket notification.  Tasks include installing, troubleshooting and maintaining IT applications and equipment. Other tasks include debugging and troubleshooting connectivity and network failures from within the office and via remote access.  Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a law firm environment.  Must also have superior listening, communication and interpersonal skills.  A high degree of professionalism and customer service, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities also required.  Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience needed.  HDI-SCA, ITIL Foundations, MCP, A+ certifications preferred.

Corporate Legal Secretary (Los Angeles)

The Corporate Legal Secretary is responsible: for preparing, revising and redlining documents; creating, copying and mailing correspondence to clients and government agencies; organizing and mailing closing binders; preparing and filing pleadings in Federal Court and in arbitration/mediations; preparing and assisting in commercial, financing, merger and acquisition closings; calendaring; entering time; processing expense reimbursements; maintaining tickler systems and other duties as needed.  The successful candidate for this position must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in a law firm, excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.  Superior communication and interpersonal skills are also a  must, as are the ability to work independently and take initiative. In addition, the successful candidate must have proficient knowledge of Outlook and Word. Knowledge of FileSite (dms) and CMS (time entry and expense reimbursement) are a plus. High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator (Los Angeles)

The Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the Firm's summer associate program, fall on-campus interviewing, and lateral associate recruiting. Other duties include maintaining the Firm's recruiting and continuing education databases, assisting on attorney training and diversity programs, and administrative duties, including responding to inquiries and related duties as assigned.  The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive matters. The ability to work in a team while also handling individual responsibilities and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities are sought. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for growth potential. A Bachelor's degree is required.
