Staff:

Director of Information Technology (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced IT Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Firm's engineering and help desk teams; as well as, managing the IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships. Ideally, you will be comfortable with designing, implementing, and supporting the network infrastructure, applications, and all other related technologies (physical, virtual, and cloud) throughout the organization.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience troubleshooting and using public/private cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
  • Real-world experience working with TCP/IP, Firewalls, SD-WAN, routing protocols Linux, and visualization tech (kvm, lxc, etc).
  • A hands-on management approach.
  • 10+ years of IT support experience.

Position: Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.

Salary: $280k - $300k base

Director of Marketing & Business Development (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced Director of Marketing & BD, you will be responsible for assisting the overall performance of the Marketing and BD professionals to enhance the Firm's image; as well as, interacting directly with attorneys and department heads to design strategies that will boost marketing efforts and further develop existing client relationships. Ideally, you will be comfortable with onboarding while demonstrating an understanding of data, trends, competitive intelligence, marketing campaign creation, budget management, content creation, audience engagement, and lead generation.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or similar master's degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, analytic tools, and CRMs.
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in the field of marketing or business development required.
  • Experience working in a law firm or legal department is preferred.

Position: Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter. 

Salary: $200k - $225k base plus excellent package on offer including insurance and performance-related bonuses. The base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors.

Information Services Manager (Los Angeles)

The role

As an Information Services Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner, supporting the Firm's attorneys by maintaining and strategically deploying the Firm’s information resources; as well as, managing the department budget and vendor relationships. Ideally, you will be comfortable with overseeing a team of talented Information Services Specialists. You will need to demonstrate experience creating knowledge banks, standardized templates, staying up to date on legal news, educating attorneys, and creating Information Services policies/guidelines.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of marketing library services, information services, or knowledge management required.
  • Bachelor's degree required. MLS or similar master's degree preferred.
  • Real world experience partnering with practice groups to initiate the creation of knowledge banks, and standardize templates and transactional document sets.
  • Experience networking with peer groups to augment your resources and provide insight into the latest developments in the legal industry's library, information services, and knowledge management fields.

Position: Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.

Salary: $110k - $150k base

Senior Systems Engineer (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced Senior Systems Engineer, you will be providing enterprise-level architecture design and implementation expertise. The Engineer will also be intrinsically involved in new cloud and infrastructure projects including planning, deployment, and management. Ideally, you are mostly familiar with network technology and will need to demonstrate experience with networking, Windows servers, and developing infrastructure standards.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Scripting and automation knowledge with PowerShell, Python, or SQL required.
  • Experience with MDM and application deployment tools such as MS Intune, PDQ or Kaseya required.
  • Experience with legal and document management systems like iManage, Relativity, or Aderant preferred.
  • Certifications such as CCNA or CCIE preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a systems administrator/engineer.

Position: Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote thereafter.

Salary: $135k - $150k base

Accounting Specialist (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with general accounting duties and payroll reporting. Ideally, you will be comfortable with weekly and monthly financial reporting, while demonstrating an understanding of general ledger analysis, reconcilliations, cash flow reports, tax reports, governmental filings, and budget reports.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Finance position with payroll and general accounting background. Preferably in law firm environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automated Payroll systems are a must.
  • Experience working with Aderant is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Position: Non-Exempt

Salary: $80k - $90k base

Records Clerk (Orange County)

The role

As an experienced Records Clerk, you will be assisting in the upkeep and filing of physical and electronic documents. Ideally, you are mostly familiar with using internal RMS/DMS and off-site vendor portal for file searches and/or record updates. You will need to demonstrate experience utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain legal files and case rooms, communicating with personnel at all levels, and providing timely service to attorneys and staff.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 1 year of clerical office experience, preferably in a legal environment.
  • High School diploma required. 
  • Experience with Digital Records Management and Document Management Systems.
  • Capacity to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs and ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Position: Non-Exempt

Location: Irvine. 5 days onsite.

Salary: $45k - $55k base

Corporate Paralegal (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for creating organizational and dissolution documents for corporations (including non-profit corporations), LLCs and partnerships, and related documents. Ideally, you will also be comfortable drafting shareholder and Board of Director minutes and demonstrating knowledge of purchase and sales transactions.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or the equivalent.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent.
  • ABA approved paralegal certificate. 

Position: Non-Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.

Salary: $95k - $110k
