Executive Director (Los Angeles)
The Executive Director will be a critical member of the Firm's leadership team. He or she will direct all administrative departments, with a goal of providing full support for the Firm's strategic initiatives and ensuring that operational results are achieved. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading and managing Firm and department initiatives. Ten years of progressively responsible leadership with 5 or more years in current position as Executive Director, CFO or similar position in a large to mid-size law firm or other professional services firm are sought. Strengths should include accounting knowledge, relationship building, financial management, technology, human resources, project management and leadership. Experience in multi-office firm preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed, as well as experience with strategic planning, organizational development and personnel/resource management. BS in Business Management, Finance or Accounting required, CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Director of Technology (Los Angeles)
The Director of Technology will plan, coordinate, direct and lead the design of IT related activities of the Firm, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily activities of the IT department. This role is a hands-on technical leader, manager and change maker for the IT department. The position is expected to focus on user-facing technologies and user support. This is a highly visible position and reports to the Firm's Executive Director. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the Firm and must be able to develop productive relationships with attorneys and staff. Minimum 10 years of IT support experience in a production environment. Minimum 5 years of management experience in a professional services environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Administration or related field required.
Trust and Estate Planning Legal Secretary (Los Angeles)
The Trust and Estate Planning Legal Secretary must have 3 to 5 years' experience supporting a trust and estate planning practice in a law firm. Candidates for this position must also have superior organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills are needed. Ability to work independently, take initiative and keep the utmost confidentiality also sought. In addition, proficient knowledge of Outlook and Word are necessary. Knowledge of FileSite and CMS are a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred.
