Nathan Shaw is an associate in Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP's corporate, cybersecurity, and data privacy practices.
Nathan counsels clients on a wide range of business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint development agreements, master service agreements, and intellectual property licensing. He also has extensive experience helping clients operationalize their compliance with data privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”). Nathan’s industry experience is diverse and includes software, hardware, media, consumer goods, energy, defense, medical devices, and professional sports.
Nathan has an Electrical Engineering degree from Rice University and a J.D. from George Washington University. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional / US (CIPP-US) and a registered patent attorney.
