Doug Walton

Doug Walton is the Executive Director at JMBM, where he manages the firm’s day-to-day operations and directs the firm’s business and administrative strategies. He oversees all operational areas of the firm, including finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, docketing, records, facilities, office services and library services.

Prior to joining JMBM, Doug spent nearly a decade as an operations director for a litigation law firm. His prior experience also includes a position as an administrative director for a prominent West LA public accounting firm.

Doug has an undergraduate degree in English from the University of California, Irvine as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Irvine. He also completed his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds an ABA-approved paralegal certification.

When he finds some free time, Doug loves playing tennis, refining his barista skills for his wife and having tea parties with his daughters.
