Cory Bernard is an Associate in Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell's Los Angeles office, where he is a member of the firm's Real Estate Department. He has experience working on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including representation of developers, institutional investors, REITs, renewable energy companies, and health care providers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing, and operation of energy projects, multifamily residential complexes, office buildings, student housing, senior housing, retail centers, and industrial facilities.
Prior to joining JMBM, Cory practiced law at an Am Law 200 firm in Phoenix, Arizona.
While in law school, Cory served as a managing editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and was a Sustainability Law Student Research Fellow.
