Zara Joshi

Zara Joshi is a Law Clerk at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, where she supports the firm’s corporate practice. She has experience drafting legal memorandums on real property and securities issues, revising purchase and operating agreements, and assisting with merger transactions. Her work spans a range of matters involving corporate structuring and real estate documentation.

Zara previously served as a Judicial Extern for the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Five, where she researched and drafted legal opinions and memoranda on civil, criminal, and family law issues. She also worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Yates Litigation and has held roles in real estate transaction coordination and marketing, managing complex property closings and promotional campaigns.

Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, painting, and video editing.
