Patrick Collishaw is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP. He represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including wage-and-hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, workplace privacy, unionization and collective bargaining. He also assists with litigation at all stages, including discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.

Patrick is a responsive and detail-oriented advocate, committed to understanding his clients’ goals and delivering timely, practical guidance tailored to their needs.

Patrick previously served as a legal intern at the Public Contracting Institute in Washington, DC, where he advised on labor and employment obligations for government contractors and supported accredited training programs for government contracting professionals.

During law school, Patrick was a Research Assistant for Professor Cheryl Kettler in the GW Law Fundamentals of Lawyering Research Department, conducting legal research on discrimination, equity, and inclusion initiatives. He also served as an editor for the George Washington Journal of Energy and Environmental Law.

In addition, Patrick interned with the in-house legal department at GT’s Living Foods, where he worked on labor and employment compliance and litigation for an international corporation with more than 1,500 employees and more than $300 million in annual revenue.
