Moti is highly skilled in analyzing title, survey, and zoning reports and regularly leads negotiations involving commercial leases, financings, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. He coordinates directly with clients and opposing counsel to finalize terms that serve the best interests of all parties.
Moti brings a thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving and prides himself on being adaptable, responsive, and grounded in deep legal knowledge. Fluent in Hebrew, Moti also maintains a strong commitment to community and public service. He volunteers with Bet Tzedek to assist tenants in landlord-tenant disputes and has led multiple pro bono cases. During law school, he earned eight CALI awards and two Witkin awards, served on the Law Review, and taught as an assistant in five courses. He also founded the Jewish Growth Society, volunteered in senior living communities, and mentored teens — experiences that continue to inform his sense of compassion, patience, and dedication to service.
