Michelle Choi

Michelle Choi is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers, and stock and asset acquisitions.

While in law school, Michelle worked as a legal intern for Fox Networks Group and Warner Bros. Television, where she drafted and reviewed corporate documents and various production agreements. She also worked as a student attorney for USC’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, where she provided copyright counseling for filmmakers and video game developers, drafted license agreements, and assisted small business owners in registering trademarks.
