Lauren T. McKnight

Lauren T. McKnight is an associate in the Firm's Real Estate Group.

She advises clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including commercial, industrial and residential acquisitions and dispositions, real-estate secured financing, development, leasing, 1031 exchanges, entity structuring, joint venture formation, and hospitality. 

Lauren represents a diverse group of clients, including large funds, individual developers, owners and operators, and opportunistic investors engaged in deals involving office, retail, multi-family, single-family, mixed-use and hotel properties.

Lauren has been published in the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review.
