Justin Anderson

Justin Anderson is an associate in the Firm's Litigation, White Collar Defense and Investigations, Commercial Lease Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation Groups.

He has experience with a broad range of general and complex commercial litigation matters with particular expertise in commercial leasing, real estate, and contractual disputes.  Justin has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-lawsuit investigations, performing legal research, conducting discovery, taking and defending lay and expert depositions, drafting pleadings, routine and dispositive motion practice, and preparation for trial.  He has achieved favorable settlements through alternative dispute resolution.

Justin's white collar practice includes counseling clients through investigations by law enforcement authorities, conducting sensitive internal investigations, and litigating claims of alleged violations.  He has helped a wide range of clients successfully interface with the government.

BACKGROUND

Justin is from Southern California, and grew up in Camarillo.  In his spare time Justin enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis and basketball, watching formula one racing, and travel.  He is an avid Lakers fan. Prior to joining JMBM Justin performed volunteer legal work at the Ventura County Public Defender's Office.
