James is a Paralegal in the Intellectual Property Department in the Los Angeles office. His responsibilities focus on end-to-end management of client IP, including U.S. and international trademark and patent prosecution, U.S. copyright applications, portfolio management, IP due diligence, trademark dispute resolution (including settlement and coexistence agreements) and enforcement.
