The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of law firm experience in estate planning and trust administration. Experience in the tax-exempt organization practice is desirable. Strong academic credentials are required. Admission to the California Bar is required.

Patent and Trademark Associate (Los Angeles)
JMBM’s Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for an attorney with 2-3 years of experience in patents and trademarks to join its Intellectual Property team. A technical degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required. The successful candidate will have experience in patent prosecution and counseling, conducting patent research, and drafting patent opinions. Experience in US and foreign trademark searches, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management is also required. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and be a member of the California Bar. Real Estate Associate (Los Angeles)
The JMBM Real Estate Group has an opening for an outstanding associate with 1-3 years of real estate transactional experience. We represent owners, investors, developers, private equity firms. REITs, and family offices in all aspects of real estate investment and development. This candidate will receive broad exposure to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, and construction. The associate, under the direct supervision and training of active partners and senior associates, will assist with negotiation and drafting of operative agreements, performing due diligence, and closing transactions. Labor & Employment Associate (San Francisco)
Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell's San Francisco office is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment. This associate will work on a wide variety of employer-side matters, including wage and hour claims, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and prevailing wage. Additionally, the associate will also work on employment advice matters. Associates in our Labor & Employment practice work closely with employer clients to develop proactive compliance and dispute resolution strategies. They also get hands-on litigation experience in jury trials, administrative trials and appeals before courts and administrative agencies nationwide.
