Corporate Associate (Los Angeles)

Our Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and securities law, joint ventures, and contractual matters such as licensing and distribution agreements. Previous law firm experience and Cal Bar required. Our associates receive substantial responsibility to assist our clients in solving complex legal and business issues. This position will provide legal counsel to our large publicly traded, emerging, and middle-market clients in a variety of industries, including digital media, software, healthcare, clean tech, food and beverage, business services, and consumer products. Our firm culture is entrepreneurial and we foster professional development throughout our associate levels. Labor & Employment Associate (Los Angeles)

Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell's Los Angeles office is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience in labor and employment. Experience or a demonstrated interest in traditional labor law (including NLRB, union organizing and collective bargaining) is required. Associates in our Labor & Employment practice work closely with employer clients to develop proactive compliance and dispute resolution strategies. They also get hands-on litigation experience in jury trials, administrative trials and appeals before courts and administrative agencies nationwide. ADA Compliance Associate (San Francisco)


Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell's San Francisco office is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in ADA compliance. This Associate will assist in advising the firm's corporate clients with system-wide surveys to identify architectural accessibility barriers and recommend steps that may be taken to comply with the ADA and California Building Code. This position will also assist clients in Internet-related compliance, including retail websites and online reservation systems. Prior experience in ADA compliance required and Department of Justice experience preferred. Strong academic record, excellent technology skills, and California Bar membership required.
