Lena Streisand is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation Department. Her practice includes commercial and intellectual property litigation, white collar defense and investigations, and land use and environmental litigation, with an emphasis on natural resources and mining litigation.
While in law school, Lena acted as a student attorney and student director of the Family Justice Litigation Clinic. As a student attorney, she represented her client in multiple court hearings on complex family law issues, for which she was awarded the Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinics Outstanding Advocate Award.
She also received the Pro Bono Service Award for her work in the Clinic and as a judicial intern for The Honorable Heidi M. Pasichow at D.C. Superior Court. Lena was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, the Moot Court Board, and the Mock Trial Board.
