Megan Ferkel Earhart is a partner with the Firm's Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department. She has authored and co-authored articles on estate planning in the Los Angeles Daily Journal and Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and lectures to audiences on estate planning, including the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Jewish Community Foundation and USC Trusts and Estates Conference. She serves on the Professional Advisor Speaker Series Committee for the Jewish Community Foundation. In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and again, in 2020, Ms. Earhart was named among the list of Southern California Rising Stars by Super Lawyers Magazine. Only 2.5% of the attorneys under age 40 in Southern California are selected for this honor. She was also included in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch list for 2023 and 2024.
