With a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, he oversees the firm’s technology strategy to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that empower attorneys and enhance client services.
Kenji brings extensive IT leadership experience across the healthcare, finance, and legal sectors. He has led major infrastructure initiatives, enterprise system optimizations, and cloud migrations, consistently delivering results that improve performance, resilience, and compliance. Known for building high-performing teams and streamlining complex IT operations, he leverages emerging technologies to support long-term business growth and continuity.
Before joining JMBM, Kenji co-managed a $3.5 million annual IT infrastructure budget, led teams through large-scale data center transformations, and played a pivotal role in modernizing IT systems while significantly reducing downtime and operational risk.
Kenji has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Irvine and has earned several industry-recognized certifications, including the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV 2022), and CompTIA Security+, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and excellence across IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
