| Main BioPersonal Bio | Catherine D. Holmes is a senior member of JMBM's Global Hospitality Group® and of JMBM's Financial & Investment Services Group. She has practiced law at JMBM for 27 years. Within the Global Hospitality Group, Cathy specializes in resort and urban mixed-use developments, hotel management and franchise agreements, resort and hotel purchase and sale transactions, and hospitality asset workouts. Within the Financial & Investment Services Group, Cathy focuses on business formations for entrepreneurs, private securities offerings, structuring and offering of private investment funds, and business and regulatory matters for investment advisers, securities broker-dealers, insurance agents, mortgage banks, mortgage brokers, consumer finance lenders, real estate brokers, accountants, attorneys and banks.

- Assisted national securities brokerage firm to acquire regional broker businesses
