Shayna Sharim is an associate in the Firm's Real Estate and Global Hospitality Group.
She advises clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial, residential, hotel, resort, industrial and retail properties. Shayna also assists her clients in negotiating purchase and sale, management, and hotel vendor service agreements.
Shayna represents a diverse group of clients, including large funds, individual developers, owners and operators, and opportunistic investors engaged in deals involving office, retail, multi-family, single-family, mixed-use and hotel properties.
She received her B.A. in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of Southern California, and received the award for attaining the highest scholarship average of all women at USC. She received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where she served as the Content Editor of the Review of Law and Social Justice Journal, was a member of the Law for Business Journal, and held several teaching assistant positions.
