Juan Aragon is an associate in the Firm's Labor & Employment Group.

Experienced in a variety of complex commercial actions, Juan handles labor and employment disputes, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA, and single-plaintiff actions (harassment, retaliation, and discrimination), as well as trade secret disputes in state and federal courts.

Outside of litigation, Juan serves as trusted counsel for clients in a variety of day-to-day labor and employment issues involving employment mobility issues, separation agreements, ADEA, workers’ compensation, and matters related to wrongful termination.

He has handled several consumer protection class actions involving false advertising and regulatory issues, including cases addressing USDA, FDA, and Proposition 65 matters.

Juan began his legal career in the foggy Bay Area, but sun and family (and the champion Dodgers) lured him back to Southern California where he grew up and intends to stay.
