Elias Parisca is an associate in the Firm's Labor & Employment Group. His practice includes labor and employment litigation, with experience in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, preparing and arguing motions, conducting discovery and depositions, and preparing for trials. Elias’s practice also includes traditional labor matters, including union mitigation and organizing campaigns.
Elias is originally from Venezuela and moved to the U.S. during high school. He graduated from Duke University with a bachelor degree in political science and then obtained a masters in international relations from the London School of Economics. Elias received his law degree and a master of laws (L.L.M.) from Duke University School of Law.
After law school, Elias worked in immigration matters at the U.S. Department of Justice.
