Carol joined JMBM in 2001. With more than 25 years in legal marketing, she has served as the marketing director for four law firms. While she has significant experience in planning, branding, public relations, social media and traditional marketing communications, she is particularly focused on business development.
Carol is a founding member and past national president of the Legal Marketing Association and the co-author of Marketing Success, published by the American Bar Association.
When she is not helping lawyers to find and keep clients, she enjoys reading about what makes people, business and society tick, cooking for her friends, hiking with her family and dogs, and SCUBA diving.
