Picture of Alexander L. Randolph

Alex Randolph is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Group.

He has experience representing employers across the state of California. Alex represents clients at all stages of litigation, including briefing dispositive motions, coordinating discovery, preparing for key fact and expert witness depositions, developing case themes for trial, and obtaining favorable outcomes for clients at mediation. He also has extensive experience negotiating with labor unions and handling matters before the National Labor Relations Board. 

Alex obtained his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as President of the UCLA Moot Court Honors Program. He obtained his B.S. from Florida State University, where he double majored in Finance and Political Science, and graduated with honors.

In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys reading, trivia, and traveling, and is proudly obsessed with FSU sports.
