Alexander Bruin is an associate in the Taxation and Trusts & Estates Groups. His practice areas include all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration, with a primary focus on sophisticated gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, wealth transfer planning and business succession planning for high net worth individuals. Alex also assists clients with the preparation of gift and estate tax returns as well as charitable gift planning, including the formation and maintenance of tax-exempt entities.
