• Representation of business tort claims on behalf of regional representative of intraocular lens company resulting in $6.5 million jury verdict
• Defense of private equity company that invested in international VOIP telecommunications business in arbitration proceeding before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre arising from claims of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty
• Defense of Southern California Oil and Gas Company in class action involving allegations of MTBE and TBA contamination
• Prosecution of breach of contract and fraud claims on behalf of national consumer electronics distributor relating to $100 million sale of its business
• Defense of wholesaler of consumer electronics against misappropriation of trade secrets claim
• Defense of national energy company in class action alleging anti-trust violations and unfair competition
• Prosecution of bad faith actions against national insurance company involving issues of coverage
• Prosecution and defense of actions involving allegations of fraud and failure to disclose in the transfer of real property
