- Defense of Southern California Oil and Gas Company in class action involving allegations of MTBE and TBA contamination
- Prosecution of breach of contract and fraud claims on behalf of national consumer electronics distributor relating to $100 million sale of its business
- Defense of wholesaler of consumer electronics against misappropriation of trade secrets claim
- Defense of national energy company in class action alleging anti-trust violations and unfair competition
- Prosecution of bad faith actions against national insurance company involving issues of coverage
- Prosecution and defense of actions involving allegations of fraud and failure to disclose in the transfer of real property
