Eudeen Y. Chang's practice emphasizes commercial litigation. He is well-versed in all aspects of litigation, from pre-lawsuit strategizing to trial, post-judgment collection and through appeal. He has a wide range of litigation experience in contract disputes, trade secrets, patent issues, products liability, class actions, Americans with Disabilities Act, real estate, hospitality, construction defect litigation, and employment matters. He also serves as outside general counsel for a number of small and mid-sized companies and high net-worth individuals, and provides guidance on various legal issues they face, including corporate structure, formation, and governance. He has particular interest and focus in assisting Asian American businesses and organizations, including for profit and non-profit entities, strategize and plan for growth.

- Prosecution of misappropriation of trade secret and interference action on behalf of international human resources consulting firm against corporate raider
- Represents hotel owners in a variety of litigation matters including hotel management agreement disputes, loan and debt restructurings, receiverships, and ADA defense
- Defense of one of the largest class actions in California for ADA claims on behalf of state agency
- First chaired trial in indemnity action whereby client obtained all relief requested
- Defense of public corporation for securities fraud and other related claims
- Defense of Hong Kong distributor of microchips for products liability and other related claims
