Mr. Levine is a member of the firm's Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Levine serves as an advisor to clients ranging from private equity funds to closely-held corporations in many diverse industries such as consumer goods and services, high-tech, renewable sciences and clean tech, apparel, aerospace and defense and entertainment. 

His principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate finance and securities law, joint ventures, contractual matters (including licensing and distribution arrangements) and general business advice. Mr. Levine specializes in helping his clients identify and solve legal problems in order to close transactions varying in size from $10 million to $500 million.

Mr. Levine has been recognized as a "Southern California Rising Star" by Los Angeles Magazine in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

• Counsel to WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, LLC in multiple transactions, including acquisitions by WASH of Clarks Coin Laundry; Excalibur Laundries; Fowler Commercial Laundry Solutions; and Appliance Specialists
• Counsel to WASH Multifamily Laundries, LLC in acquisition of Automatic Appliance Laundries, Inc.
• Represented numerous internet-based start-up companies in obtaining venture capital financing
• Helped various clients document licensing transactions for manufacture and distribution of products
• Counsel to producer in arranging financing for various theatrical productions, including the recent productions of "How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," "Promises, Promises" and "On A Clear Day."
