Joel's practice centers on representation of high net worth individuals as well as Private Banks of major financial institutions. This experience has resulted in Joel's expertise in various areas of activity, including estate planning, preparing loan documents, advising on workouts, restructuring and other remedies concerning distressed financial assets, trust disputes and real property concerns.
