David Gantz's practice focuses on real estate transactions including commercial leases, major property acquisitions and dispositions, property management, architectural and construction contract negotiations, and purchases and sales of high-value residences.

Representing both individuals and businesses, David has formed general and limited partnerships and limited liability companies for real estate investment and development; he negotiates and documents major construction, acquisition and refinance loans, and he has conducted acquisitions, subdivisions, construction and sales for residential developers. He represents buyers, sellers and operators of major office, industrial, multi-family residential, hotel and commercial properties.
