  • Registered and managed United States and foreign trademark portfolio of major restaurant chain
  • Represented famous clothing designer in its efforts to prevent counterfeiting through investigations, judicial seizures and litigation
  • Represented company and principals in the start-up of a turbo-expander manufacturing company in the defense of a multi-patent and multi-trade secret infringement action brought by former employer
  • Successfully concluded case with full releases and covenants not to sue
  • Defended a foreign sunglasses manufacturer in a right of publicity action brought by a celebrity
  • Represented a large clothing manufacturer in its acquisition of a large trademark portfolio from a famous clothing manufacturer in bankruptcy
  • Represented a foreign mail order company in a Customs trademark seizure proceeding and obtained an order releasing the goods for sale in the client's home country
  • Represented client in its acquisition of a garden equipment and products company by handling the due diligence of the intellectual property matters
