- Represented a world famous porcelain figurine company in multiple lawsuits throughout the U.S.A. against gray market importers and trademark infringers
- Represented a lender in an $80 million financing being secured by the borrower's portfolio of patents and trademarks
- Registered and managed United States and foreign trademark portfolio of major restaurant chain
- Represented famous clothing designer in its efforts to prevent counterfeiting through investigations, judicial seizures and litigation
- Represented company and principals in the start-up of a turbo-expander manufacturing company in the defense of a multi-patent and multi-trade secret infringement action brought by former employer
- Successfully concluded case with full releases and covenants not to sue
- Defended a foreign sunglasses manufacturer in a right of publicity action brought by a celebrity
- Represented a large clothing manufacturer in its acquisition of a large trademark portfolio from a famous clothing manufacturer in bankruptcy
- Represented a foreign mail order company in a Customs trademark seizure proceeding and obtained an order releasing the goods for sale in the client's home country
- Represented client in its acquisition of a garden equipment and products company by handling the due diligence of the intellectual property matters
- Represented and defended a national bar review course in a copyright infringement action brought by national testing services
