Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP Adds Lateral Partner in San Francisco Office

San Francisco, CA—Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP is pleased to announce the addition of a new partner in its San Francisco office: insolvency lawyer Bennett Young, previously of Dewey & LeBoeuf.

Young has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in insolvency matters. He is a former Chair of the California State Bar’s Insolvency Law Committee, is a past president of the Northern California chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and has been a member of the Bench-Bar Liaison Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California and of the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum. He received his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
