Tom has been with JMBM since 2002 and oversees the Library, Conflicts, Docketing Services and Records Departments. Tom has over 30 years experience in private and government law libraries. He has written and spoken often on the subject of integration of new technologies into the practice of law. He also taught at the University of Maryland and Catholic University Graduate School of Library Science in legal research and law library management.
